Job Description

Warehouse Cycle Counter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Cycle Counter to maintain inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, investigate discrepancies, and support efficient material flow within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities for the Warehouse Cycle Counter role includes:

  • Perform scheduled and ad hoc cycle counts and reconcile physical inventory with system quantities
  • Verify item numbers, lot numbers, expiration dates, locations, and pack sizes
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, shortages, and transaction errors
  • Maintain FIFO rotation and monitor aging or near-expiration inventory
  • Assist with material transfers, stock rotation, location changes, and inventory adjustments
  • Work with Warehouse, Production, Quality, and Inventory Control teams to maintain inventory accuracy

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Warehouse Cycle Counter include:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of warehouse, inventory control, cycle counting, or materials experience preferred
  • Experience with ERP/WMS systems and RF scanners preferred; NetSuite experience is a plus
  • Strong attention to detail, math, computer, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of FIFO, inventory reconciliation, and unit-of-measure conversions preferred
  • Forklift certification or ability to become certified preferred
  • Must be willing to submit to a series of background checks

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in warehouse environments with varying temperatures.
