Production - Associate Job Description
As a Production Associate, you’ll support daily manufacturing and production tasks, including:
- Following instructions and work orders to complete projects
- Using computer-based programs to track and process jobs
- Preparing, finishing, and checking products for quality
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Working with supervisors and team members to meet goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (college coursework a plus)
- 3–5 years of solid work history showing reliability
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong Computer skills, Adobe or other software experience helpful
- Physically able to stand, perform repetitive tasks, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Must pass pre-employment screening (drug test & background check)
