Key Responsibilities for the Partnership Accountant:

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Review, process, and approve invoices.
Coordinate and submit annual budgets.
Set up and close accounting books for new and terminated communities.
Support year-end audit preparation.
Advise community managers on accounting procedures.
Manage construction draw processes and track related costs.
Apply racial equity, diversity, and inclusion (REDI) principles in financial operations.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities for the Partnership Accountant include:

Associate degree in business or accounting, or 3–5 years of relevant experience.
Minimum 3 years in an accounting-related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Must we willing to submit to a drug screening and background check.
