We are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the Finance Department by processing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with loan portfolio management.
This role also contributes to month-end close, audit preparation, and provides backup to the Loan Accountant.

Key Responsibilities:
- Loan Transactions: Process ACH payments and disbursements; ensure accuracy and communicate issues.
- Loan Portfolio Support: Assist with onboarding, modifications, and escrow disbursements; track closing costs.
- Month-End Close: Perform bank reconciliations, record journal entries, and prepare schedules.
- Financial Records: Manage credit card activity, monitor anomalies, and post daily loan system entries.
- Audit & Reporting: Support annual audit and distribute financial reports.
- Team Engagement: Participate in coaching, meetings, training, and company events.
