We are seeking a customer-focused Remote Banking Call Center Agent to provide exceptional service across multiple remote banking channels including phone, email, chat, text, and Interactive Teller Machines. This role is responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues, and guiding them through digital banking tools and services while ensuring a positive and professional customer experience.
This is a temporary position beginning in April 2026 and expected to continue through mid-July 2026, with the possibility of becoming permanent based on business needs and performance.

Work across multiple service channels including phone, email, chat, text, and ITMs

Deliver outstanding customer service by assisting customers with questions, account support, and service requests across remote channels
Troubleshoot and provide first-level support for online banking, mobile banking, digital account opening, and website navigation
Resolve customer concerns professionally, including handling escalated situations with patience and empathy
Educate customers on bank products, services, promotions, and digital tools that meet their financial needs
Protect customer information and follow all security, compliance, and fraud prevention procedures
Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends, improve service processes, and develop customer-focused solutions
Minimum of 2 years of banking, financial institution, or call center experience REQUIRED
Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to explain complex information clearly
Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Willingness to work occasional evenings and Saturdays and submit to a pre-employment background check
