Qualifications for the Regulatory Compliance position:
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Microbiology, or related field.
5+ years of experience in food safety and quality assurance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
In-depth knowledge of FSMA, SQF, HACCP, and FDA regulations.
Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
Experience with internal/external audits and regulatory inspections.
