Job Description

We are seeking a Recruiter / Sales Executive for our office in Lancaster, PA! You will perform activities in human resources and sales: from recruiting new hires to growing the business through cold calls and warm calls.

Responsibilities for the Recruiter / Sales Rep include:

Screen, recruit, and interview potential employees
On-board and train new employees
Implement company culture, values and policies
Provide management with requested reports and documents
Coordinate events focused on employee recognition
Accurately maintain employee files
Make outbound cold calls and warm calls
Outside sales visits

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Recruiter Sales Agent include:

Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting, or other related fields
Sales oriented individual must have 1+ years of sales related experience
Knowledge of labor and employment laws preferred
Ability to build rapport with all employees and clients
Strong organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
