Job Description

We are seeking responsible and trustworthy Receptionist / Office Support for full time positions in York, PA!

 The Receptionist / Office Support  will perform the following duties:

  • Assist visitors / Answer phones
  • Process incoming correspondence 
  • Maintain electronic and paper files and records
  • Provide clerical and administrative support for staff 
  • Mail distribution and reception desk coverage
  • Scanning documents for compliance and accuracy
 
 
 
 
 

Job Requirements

The Receptionist  / Office Support must meet the following requirements:

  • Basic office experience or retail experience 
  • Great customer service 
  • Data Entry and basic computer knowledge 
  • HS Diploma
  • Knowledge of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation
  • The Office Clerk must be willing to submit to a criminal background check
