Job Description

Friendly Part Time Receptionist Needed in Lancaster, PA!  We are seeking a professional and customer service oriented individual for a part-time Receptionist position with a company located near Park City Mall!

 

The Part-Time Receptionist will work the following rotating schedule:  

  • WEEK A: Mondays 8am-4pm, Tuesday 4pm-8pm, Thursday 4pm-8pm
  • WEEK B: Mondays 8am-4pm, Wednesday 4pm-8pm and Saturday 9am-5pm

Part-Time Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients
  • Answer phones
  • Transfer phone calls
  • Page employees 
  • Send emails
  • Document client information

Part-Time Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Friendly and professional demeanor
  • Customer service focused
  • Ability to type
  • Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
