Job Description

Be the first point of contact for customers! Perfect for candidate who will foster a welcoming environment for clients. Be a part of a dynamic team where you’ll take on additional responsibilities.  Bilingual (Spanish) preferred!

HR Office Support Job Summary: 

  • Front Desk – Greeting customers and answering phones.
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
  • Assist staff with administrative duties as assigned.
  • Additional functions as requested.

Job Requirements

HR Office Support Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken) preferred.
  • Previous front desk/customer service experience required.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to submit to a series of background checks.
