Schedule Options for the Receptionist:

  • Mondays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM OR Fridays: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and professionally

  • Announce scheduled appointments to appropriate team members
  • Perform general filing and maintain organized records
  • Uphold a professional dress code and positive attitude
