Job Description

We are seeking a Part-Time Receptionist with excellent organizational skills!  

The Part-time Receptionist should have a professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-serviced oriented attitude. 

The hours for this position rotate between Tuesday/Wednesday 5pm-8pm and Thursday 5pm-8pm/Saturday 8am-5pm.

Receptionist Responsibilities:

  • Greeting all guests in a professional and pleasant manner
  • Answering busy multi- line phone system
  • Using the paging system to page employees over the loud speaker
  • Data Entry/Typing emails/Typing correspondence
  • Filing invoices

Job Requirements

Receptionist Qualifications:

  • Ability to type 35+ words per minute
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Must be reliable
