Receptionist / CSR responsibilities
- Answer phones, assist with walk in traffic.
- Assist with the day-to-day operations including filing, data entry.
- Work on special projects as directed by management.
- Emailing, in and outbound calls
Receptionist / CSR Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Typing and data entry ability
