Responsibilities of the Quality Assurance Manager
- Lead, mentor, and develop Quality Assurance and Sanitation teams
- Oversee SQF, HACCP, GMP, and food safety programs to ensure compliance
- Manage customer, regulatory, and certification audits, including corrective actions
- Investigate quality concerns, customer complaints, and food safety issues
- Partner with Production, Operations, and Leadership to drive quality improvements
