Monday–Friday (On-Call Availability for Emergencies)

Highlights of the Property Manager Job

Salaried position – $51,250 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Property Manager include:

Oversee financial performance, including expenses, revenue, and rent collection.
• Supervise on-site staff and vendors to ensure accountability and performance.
• Coordinate apartment turnovers and ensure timely completion of maintenance work.
• Process tenant applications and maintain accurate compliance files (LIHTC/HUD/RD/811).
• Collaborate with Resident Services to support resident needs and community success.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure timely resolution of work orders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Property Manager include:

High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
• Minimum one year of property management experience preferred.
• Experience in affordable housing strongly preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to submit to drug screening and criminal background check.
