Key Responsibilities for the Assistant Branch Manager include:
Support branch operations, scheduling, cash controls, and workflow
Coach tellers and member service staff to ensure service excellence
Assist members with accounts, transactions, and loan applications
Promote products and services to support branch goals
Ensure compliance with policies, audits, and security procedures
Partner with the Branch Manager on performance and reporting

Qualifications for the Assistant Branch Manager include:
4+ years of bank/credit union experience (leadership exposure preferred)
5+ years of customer service experience
Strong communication and attention to detail
Proficiency with Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, member-facing environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) REQUIRED
