Key Responsibilities for the Industrial Construction Superintendent include:

• Supervise 2–15 workers on-site, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Lead and coordinate internal crews and subcontractors throughout all project phases.
• Develop and manage project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Enforce strict safety protocols and proactively address any issues or deficiencies.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, including owners, architects, and internal teams.
• Ensure compliance with all plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Schedule:

• 10-hour shifts, 4 days per week
• Day shift

License:

• Valid Driver’s License (Required)
• Willingness to travel via company-provided car 75% of the time to PA, MD, and DE. (Friday, Saturdays, Sundays off)

Qualifications for the Industrial Construction Superintendent

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Construction Science, or a related field preferred. Business or accounting training is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising industrial construction projects.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple teams and tasks.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Construction Management: 2+ years
• Supervisory experience in industrial construction
• Strong knowledge of safety on the job site
