Job Description

The Process Engineer will play a vital role in developing and scaling up custom products. This position supports cross-functional teams to transition products from the development phase to full-scale production while ensuring efficiency, compliance, and quality.

Responsibilities for the Process Engineer include:

  • Work collaboratively with teams across research, sales, and operations to create tailored product solutions.
  • Execute production trials to translate lab-scale formulations into scalable manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare detailed documentation, including process guidelines and technical protocols, to guide production.
  • Analyze data and leverage statistical tools to enhance process consistency and performance.
  • Address and resolve production challenges, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for both internal departments and external stakeholders.

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Process Engineer include:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 2-5 years of manufacturing experience (preferably in adhesives, coatings, or related fields)
  • Experience with product development and process optimization, with knowledge of GMP and ISO standards being a plus
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional communication and project management abilities to handle multiple assignments
  • Flexibility to work different shifts and travel as needed for client or vendor support
