Job Description

We are filling our client's opening for a Process Engineer.  This is an opportunity to join a growing company in Lancaster County!  This is a permanent, direct-hire opportunity!

Responsibilities for the Process Engineer include:

  • Analyze manufacturing methods for improvement
  • Audit process performance
  • Document processes and train operators
  • Implement new technologies, manufacturing methods to improve efficiencies
  • Develop analytical systems for manufacturing excellence

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Process Engineer include:

  • Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other 3D modeling software experience required
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement tolls
  • Proficiency with Microsoft (Excel, Word and Outlook)
