The Painter / Powder Coater performs a wide variety of painting and coating processes on steel or aluminum products with protective prime and top-coat paints using industrial paint equipment.
Powder Coater Technician perks:
- Payrate: Up to $22/hr plus DOE
- 1st shift hours: 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
- Monday thru Thursday - Four day work week!

Primary Job Functions:
- Ability to manually use industrial spray gun paint equipment
- Previous experience using High-Volume Low-Pressure paint guns
- Ability to read and understand paint specifications
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and standard procedures to meet customer requirements
- Have an eye for a good quality finish and a desire to do quality work
- Maintain and clean paint equipment
Essential Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with paint and powder coating applications
- Must be able to stand and walk during shift
- Must have own transportation – not on a bus route
