This role involves prospecting, negotiating, and closing new accounts, while managing customer relationships and representing the company at industry events.

Achieve targeted account growth of 10–20 new clients per month within assigned territory.
Support long-term client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and relationship management.
Outside Sales Representative Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 2 years of sales experience (agriculture or industrial sales preferred).
College degree preferred but not required.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
Proficiency in sales planning, territory management, and customer relationship management.
Ability to travel as needed throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.
