Job Description

We are seeking a Medical Collections Specialist to join our client's team in Lancaster! Hours M-F 10a-6:30p Generous commissions and benefits available for the Medical Collections Specialist upon hire!

Responsibilities for the Medical Collections Specialist include:

  • Find and inform customers about unpaid medical accounts
  • Receive and post payment to customer's account
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Keep records and status of customer's medical account

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Medical Collections Specialist include:

  • Previous experience in billing, customer service, or other related fields preferred
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The Medical Collections Specialist should possess the ability to prioritize and multi-task
