Job Description

We are seeking a customer service oriented Medical Collections Rep for a full-time position in Lancaster, PA!

Hours: M-F 10am-6:30pm

Generous commissions and benefits available for the Collections Specialist upon hire!

Responsibilities for the Collections / Customer Service Rep include:

  • Find and inform customers about unpaid medical accounts
  • Receive and post payment to customer's account
  • Advise and follow-up with customers on unpaid accounts
  • Keep records and status of customer's medical account

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Collections / Customer Service Rep:

  • Customer service experience
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type on the computer
