We are seeking a social media-savvy, customer service-oriented Marketing Assistant for our client's showroom in Ephrata!

This is a full-time, on-site position! Competitive salary and benefits offered!

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for the following:

Creating content and posting to facebook, instagram and other social media platforms
Using social media to engage and attract current and potential clients
The Marketing Assistant will assist the Sales Manager with sales event planning
Offering excellent customer service to clients when they enter the showroom
Assisting clients by answering questions
Performing retail related duties in the showroom including cash register, taking payments, counting cash and processing credit cards

The Marketing Assistant must meet the following requirements:

Minimum of an Associate's Degree in communication or marketing is preferred
The Marketing Assistant will have proven success of social media marketing for an organization
Customer service mindset and strong communication skills
Strong MS Excel knowledge
Ability to type 40+ words per minute

Must be willing to work two Saturdays per month until 2pm and one evening per week until 7pm.
