Building Maintenance Job Description:
Complete service requests and repairs promptly.
Inspect and prepare vacant units for new residents.
Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC repairs.
Maintain inventory, tools, and supplies.
Support preventative maintenance
Maintenance Position requires:
1+ year of maintenance or related experience.
General Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
Comfortable and experienced with using hand and power tools.
Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel to various sites.
Indoor/outdoor work with moderate physical activity (lifting up to 25 lbs., bending, standing, walking).
Occasional on-call responsibilities.
