Monday–Friday, Full-Time (Occasional Travel Within Coatesville Required)

• Complete service requests and repairs promptly and accurately
• Maintain inventory of tools and supplies and follow purchasing procedures
• Coordinate work with approved vendors while adhering to budget guidelines
• Implement preventative maintenance programs to reduce emergency repairs
• Perform minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, drywall, and general repairs
• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues efficiently

• Minimum 2 years of maintenance experience or related field
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and boilers
• Ability to safely and effectively use hand and power tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for travel/on-call needs
• Willingness to submit to a drug screen and criminal background check
