Machine Operator / Manufacturing Associate.

Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator 

  • Operate and monitor machines
  • Set up pending level of machine operator 
  • Perform quality checks using precision tools (hand calipers, gauges)
  • Ensure products meet specifications.
  • Read and interpret work orders and follow ISO standards to maintain quality assurance.
  • Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications for the Manufacturing Technician / Machine Operator 

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as a machine operator in plastics, machine operation, or similar manufacturing roles helpful
  • Ability to follow technical instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Measuring capabilities 
  • Pre- employment screening
