Key Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Associate / Machine Operator
- Operate and monitor machines
- Set up pending level of machine operator
- Perform quality checks using precision tools (hand calipers, gauges)
- Ensure products meet specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders and follow ISO standards to maintain quality assurance.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Qualifications for the Manufacturing Technician / Machine Operator
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience as a machine operator in plastics, machine operation, or similar manufacturing roles helpful
- Ability to follow technical instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
