Machine Operator / Production Job Description
- Responsible for the efficient machine operation of the production equipment.
- Operate heavy machinery on multiple lines
- Quality inspection / assurance with documentation
- Detail oriented machine operator/ production position that requires dedication and multitasking
- Use of calipers and micrometers
- Follow SOP’s
- Teamwork and safety always.
- Forklift experience a plus.
Machine Operator / Production Job Requirements
- Some positions are 12-hour shifts. Day and Night Shift (Work every other weekend)
- Additional positions available are 8 hour shifts with OT
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot environments.
- Read and Understand SOPs contained in the Machine Operator Manual
- Ability to measure with calipers and micrometers
- Excellent long-term work history with limited gaps in employment required.
- Previous machine operator or machine set up a plus
- Previous Forklift, Production / Manufacturing experience a plus
- HSD/GED required.
