Job Description

We have an exciting permanent, direct hire placement opportunity for an experienced Loan Specialist!  Salary to $57k

Responsibilities for the Loan Specialist include:

  • Maintain contact with delinquent borrowers
  • Analyze borrower's credit
  • Assist borrowers with budgeting
  • Recommend and process approved loan modifications
  • Review documentation for accuracy and compliance

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Loan Specialist include:

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Bilingual Spanish REQUIRED
  • Above average use of MS Excel, 5+ years
  • Credit analysis 3 years preferred
  • Loan workout 5 years
