Key Responsibilities for the Customer Service & Inside Sales Representative
- Assist customers by phone, email, and in person with product inquiries, orders, and service needs
- Identify opportunities to recommend products and generate additional sales
- Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and project documentation
- Coordinate deliveries and support order fulfillment activities
- Participate in inventory management, cycle counts, and warehouse operations
- Help maintain an organized showroom, warehouse, and work area
