Responsibilities for the IT Integration Business Analyst
- Maintain and troubleshoot electronic data connections between internal applications and external business partners.
- Investigate failed transactions, data errors, and system issues and develop solutions to prevent recurring problems.
- Coordinate the setup, testing, and rollout of new customer and vendor system connections.
- Support automated product, order, shipping, invoicing, and related business data exchanges.
- Work with business departments to identify opportunities to replace manual processes with automated solutions.
