Responsibilities for the Human Resources Coordinator include:

  • Support employees by answering questions related to benefits, time off, and HR policies.
  • Assist with recruiting by posting jobs, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, preparing offer letters, and managing pre-employment paperwork.
  • Coordinate new hire onboarding, orientation, and benefits enrollment while supporting offboarding activities.
  • Maintain employee records, HR databases, and HRIS information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Process I-9 documentation and E-Verify while ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Assist with workers' compensation administration, unemployment responses, employee communications, and HR projects.

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications for the Human Resources Coordinator include:

  • High School Diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience (manufacturing experience is a plus).
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee matters professionally.
