Are you a strategic HR professional with a strong background in payroll, benefits, and employee relations?  This role requires expertise in payroll and benefits administration, 401(k) management, forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Benefits Administration

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for all employees.

  • Administer employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, and vision plans.

  • Manage 401(k) enrollment, contributions, and Roth IRA processes in compliance with legal standards.

401(k) & Retirement Plan Oversight

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of the company’s 401(k) plan.

  • Provide education and support to employees regarding retirement plan options.

  • Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines related to retirement programs.

Strategic Forecasting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner with finance and operations teams to forecast staffing and budget requirements.

  • Use HR data and analytics to inform workforce planning and decision-making.

  • Support talent management strategies aligned with business objectives.

Employee Relations & Organizational Development

  • Advise management on employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.

  • Champion employee engagement and development initiatives to strengthen culture and retention.

  • Foster a positive and productive workplace environment.

Bilingual (Spanish) HR Support

  • Provide HR services and communication to Spanish-speaking employees.

  • Translate HR materials and assist in bilingual meetings and communications.

HR Compliance & Reporting

  • Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor regulations.

  • Prepare and present HR reports to leadership, highlighting key trends and recommendations.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of [X] years of progressive HR experience, including in a Business Partner or equivalent role.

  • Proven expertise in payroll processing, benefits management, and 401(k) plan administration.

  • Familiarity with HR practices in the manufacturing or food production sectors.

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).

  • Experience collaborating with finance and operations teams on forecasting and resource planning.

  • Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and employment law.


Preferred Skills

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification.

  • Proficiency with HRIS systems, payroll software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
