HR Office Support Job Summary:
- Front Desk - Greeting candidates and employees in professional manner
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Assistant staff and recruiters in pre screening and application set up
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling of appointments
- Communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English
- Candidate Sourcing and Orientating.
- Documentation in ATS and in various spreadsheets.
- Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
- Resume follow up
- Additional functions as requested.
HR Office Support Qualifications:
- Previous experience with HR Support, HR Office Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, Front Desk or other related industry experience
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
- Previous front desk/customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to submit to a criminal background check.
