Receptionist / HR Assistant Job Summary: 

  • Front Desk - Greeting candidates and employees in professional manner 
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
  • Assistant in pre screening and application set up 
  • Coordinate interviews and scheduling of appointments 
  • Communicate with candidates in both Spanish and English
  • Documentation in ATS and in various spreadsheets. 
  • Answer, screen, and forward phone calls efficiently.
  • Resume follow up 
  • Additional functions as requested.

Job Requirements

Receptionist - HR Assistant Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with HR Support, HR Office Assistant, Human Resources Assistant, Front Desk or other related industry experience 
  • Proficiency in English and Spanish (both written and spoken).
  • Previous front desk/customer service experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to submit to a series of pre employment screenings.
