 Job Description for the Financial Advisor 

• Support the financial planning process through research, analysis, and report preparation

• Assist in day-to-day client service operations and administrative tasks

• Prepare customized documents and materials for client meetings

• Help manage ongoing and one-time projects that enhance our firm’s efficiency and client experience

• Attend and represent the firm at select local and community events

• Proactively engage with clients and prospective clients to maintain strong relationships

Qualifications for the Financial Advisor

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills

• A positive, can-do attitude with an eagerness to learn and contribute

• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with high attention to detail

• Discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment in handling sensitive information

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree

• Series 65 license (or willingness to obtain)

• Interest or current enrollment in a CFP® certification program
