The Financial Compliance Associate be responsible for the following:

  • Reviewing loan documents for completeness and quality
  • Collecting data and preparing monthly data reports 
  • Analyzing data and presenting that data to the Board of Directors
  • Reaching out to borrowers to obtain information as needed
  • Maintaining the compliance calendar

Job Requirements

The Financial Quality Compliance Associate must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business or similar
  • Non-profit experience required
  • Bilingual preferred
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel
