Executive Assistant Responsibilities include:

  • Support President, CEO and Board of Directors
  • Maintain calendar and appointment schedules
  • Preparing analytical reports
  • Maintain documents, keeping them archived and organized 
  • Attend executive meetings

Job Requirements

Executive Administrative Assistant Qualifications include:

  • 3-5 years supporting executive level staff
  • Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in business, accounting or finance
  • Financial experience preferred
  • Superb efficiency in Microsoft products
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality 
  • Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
