Job Description

Estimating Coordinator 2 positions – 1 Full Time; 1 Part Time (PT not eligible for benefits when hired)– Lancaster, PA

We are seeking a full-time customer-service oriented Estimating Coordinator to prepare quotes and proposals for our manufacturing clients.

The Estimating Coordinator will perform the following duties:

  • Offer excellent customer service to our manufacturing clients by reviewing over order specifications, analyzing information, reviewing over blueprints, identifying cost information and evaluating designs
  • Evaluate labor and materials to complete quotes
  • Follow up on client quotes and determine the next steps in the process
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure that appropriate status updates are given to our clients
  • Perform math calculations
  • Maintain client files in the computer system

Job Requirements

The Estimating Coordinator must meet the following requirements:

  • 2+ years of quoting / estimating experience or similar experience
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to type
  • High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Schedule: Monday through Friday, Day Shift, Overtime opportunities available
