Our client, a residential HVAC company, is looking for an organized, customer-focused Dispatcher/Service Coordinator to manage daily scheduling and support field technicians This role keeps communication flowing between customers, technicians, and the service team to ensure efficient operations and a great customer experience.

Hours are Monday-Friday, between the hours of 7:00-5:30, 40 hrs./week.
Answer customer calls, messages, and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Assess customer needs and provide prompt, accurate assistance
Schedule service appointments and communicate job details to technicians and customers
Coordinate with service leadership to organize daily routes and priorities
Keep customers informed of job status and technician arrival times
Document and relay detailed job notes to technicians
Support internal team communication and maintain a positive work environment
2+ years of customer service phone experience.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Ability to remain calm and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable learning and using digital tools and software
Professional, dependable, and able to work independently
Willing to participate in a limited on-call rotation (some evenings and weekends)
Willingness to complete a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
