Job Description

This full-time Customer Service Representative position is an opportunity to join a fantastic, family friendly company!  This position involves assisting customers, in person or on the phone, processing orders and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Customer Service Representative  include:
 
  • Answering phones

  • Assisting walk-in customers
  • Order processing
  • Filing, copying, faxing
  • Trouble shooting client issues 
  • General office duties as assigned

Job Requirements

 
Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:
 
  • Previous experience with a service provider helpful
  • Computer proficient 
  • Ability to resolve complaints 
  • Previous CSR and troubleshooting
  • Able to meet face to face with clients.
