Job Description

Customer Service Specialist position available for a local manufacturing company!  Great opportunity to work hybrid -remote. There will be on-site training, then the position becomes hybrid multiple days a week.   Must have reliable transportation for the on-site training and 1 day a week. Call center or inside sales experience helpful.  Additional positions available for $17 +/hr. 

• Consumer support for Customer service / call center mentality for inbound support 
• Exceptional customer service skills for problem solving and consumer support
• Explain information on product and services
• Document and share data with management 
• Work to improve consumer satisfaction


Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative include:

• Customer service representative or sales experience preferred; Call Center experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiar with all Microsoft products (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint)
• Familiar with the Internet and Ecommerce practices
• Ability to work independently, professionally and in a team environment while in a very fast paced environment
• Typing speed of 40 wpm or greater preferred
