Job Description

We are seeking a friendly and organized Customer Service Associate for a showroom in Camp Hill.  This is a full-time position.  The hours are M-F 8am - 5pm and every other Saturday from 8am-1pm.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities include:

  • Welcoming customers to the showroom
  • Answering phones and forwarding them to appropriate department when necessary
  • Maintaining schedules, directories and call logs
  • Answering customer questions regarding showroom products
  • Typing orders into the computer system
  • Following up with customers regarding order status and delivery status
  • Performing clerical duties such as filing, faxing, photocopying, printing and scanning
  • Maintaining showroom cleanliness

Job Requirements

Customer Service Associate Requirements include:

  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • 2+ years of office clerical experience
  • 2+ years of customer service experience
  • Ability to type 35+ wpm
