Responsibilities for the Controller
- Lead plant accounting functions including month-end close, financial reporting, and general ledger management
- Manage cost accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and manufacturing variance analysis
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, KPI reporting, and financial performance analysis
- Partner with operations to improve profitability, production efficiency, and cost controls
- Oversee fixed assets, capital projects, internal controls, and audit support
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, company policies, and financial reporting requirements
