We are seeking a detail-oriented, strategic, and collaborative Controller to lead our accounting operations and financial reporting functions. This role is instrumental in ensuring accurate financial results, supporting operational goals, and maintaining compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Oversee all accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, payroll, and compliance
Ensure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processes and reporting
Develop, implement, and maintain internal controls and accounting policies
Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP or IFRS
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
Manage inventory reconciliation and evaluate excess/obsolete stock
Support external audits and tax filings, and liaise with auditors and tax advisors
Monitor debt levels, ensure compliance with covenants, and manage cash flow forecasting
Provide financial insights to leadership to inform strategic decisions
Drive process improvements and system upgrades for enhanced efficiency
Mentor and develop accounting staff to support department growth and effectiveness

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
Experience with ERP/accounting systems and financial analysis tools
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in manufacturing strongly desired!
