Job Description

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Controller for our client in downtown Lancaster! This is a permanent, direct hire position and the opportunity to be a part of company supporting local communities!

Responsibilities for the Controller include:

Oversee all loan and grant fund reporting
Data analysis
Manage Accounting team (A/P, A/R, cash management and payroll)
Auditing
Account analysis and balance sheet
Support CFO with opportunities for capitalization in a 5-year strategic plan
Month-end close

Job Requirements

Qualifications for the Controller include:

5+ years experience in a senior leadership role
Experience to include banking, finance and non-profit
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA is a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) a PLUS
