Job Description

Are you looking to make a difference in Lancaster county? A Local non-profit organization is seeking a Controller for a full-time, permanent position.

This is an on-site position located in Lancaster, PA. Benefits offered!

The Controller will be responsible for the following:

Supervise the accounting department
Budgeting, financial reporting and monthly closeouts
Present financial reports to the board
Work with auditors
Review and approve payroll
The Controller will track grants
Oversee the budget and all accounting activities related to the organization

Job Requirements

Requirements for the Controller include:

Minimum of Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or similar required
2+ years of related work experience
Leadership, supervisory or management experience
Strong MS Excel skills
An interest in working for a non-profit organization
The Controller will have strong attention to detail
