We are seeking a Community Lender to support our client's small business and commercial lending in the Philadelphia area. This role combines business development, loan underwriting, financial analysis, and relationship management while supporting community and economic development.

Develop relationships with small business owners and community partners
Conduct outreach, networking, and local site visits
Review and underwrite loan applications using financial statement analysis
Prepare and present loan recommendations
Structure loans and support closings
Support loan portfolio management and borrower follow-up

Qualifications for the Community Lender include:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or equivalent experience
Experience in commercial lending, small business lending, underwriting, or credit analysis
Strong analytical and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
Local travel required
Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
