• Manage new and existing commercial insurance accounts.
• Quote, bind, and issue new business policies.
• Handle renewals, policy changes, and remarketing as needed.
• Collaborate closely with producers and the service team to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data within AMS360.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support sales initiatives.
• Follow established agency workflows and uphold service standards.
• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License REQUIRED.
• Prior commercial insurance experience in an agency setting REQUIRED.
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; AMS360 experience a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively.
