Job Description

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (Overtime Available!)

Key Responsibilities for the Office Assistant include:

  • Provide general clerical support for election-related activities.
  • Answer incoming calls and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Maintain and organize files as needed.
  • Operate automated equipment to prepare mailings (cards and letters).
  • Process incoming and outgoing mail efficiently.
  • Support front counter operations and assist walk-in visitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Basic clerical and computer skills.
  • Strong communication and telephone etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn office operations and take on additional responsibilities.
  • Willingness to submit to a criminal background check
